Michelangelo's David and Moses

These full-scale castings of Michelangelo’s famous sculptures are among many public sculptures located throughout the city. David stands at Fawick Park, near 10th Street and Second Avenue in the downtown area, while Moses occupies the corner of 29th Street and Summit Avenue on the campus of Augustana College. Thomas Fawick, a Cleveland, Ohio philanthropist and onetime Sioux Falls resident, donated both.
